“What does that even mean? And what is up with that blinding shade of neon?” are the two questions running through my mind. Every time I feel like I’ve finally gotten a handle on Korean fashion, they throw something like this my way… I spotted this t-shirt at a boutique near my house that usually sells very cute and flirty outfits; apparently it also caters to individuals who ‘feel relatively neutral about New York’. Quite the fashion statement when paired with the nautical themed hot pink scarf. 
So, is there anyone out there who feels that way?

Yeah, I can’t see very many people feeling ‘neutral’ about NYC. It’s one of those places you either love or hate.
I love it. It’s so perfectly ironic and ugly. It’s a hipster shirt I’d actually be willing to wear (to the gym).
